Law firms
Help people see what your firm handles and who they would speak to
Someone with a legal problem wants three answers fast: does this firm take matters like mine, which lawyer would I deal with, and how do I reach the office. We help you answer them in wording the firm has approved.
How prospective clients approach a law firm
- 1Search for their type of matter and read what each practice area covers
- 2Look up the lawyer they would deal with, their background and the office location
- 3Send a short, general request for a callback, often in their first language
- 4Firm staff review the request and decide who should respond
- 5Meet for a consultation, where the matter itself is discussed
Common needs
- 01
Practice areas listed, not explained
A list of headings like Family or Real Estate doesn't tell a visitor whether their situation is the kind the firm takes on. A plain-language page per area, approved by the firm, gives that orientation before the first call.
- 02
Contact forms that invite too much
An open message box encourages people to write out their whole situation before anyone at the firm has spoken to them. A general callback request asks only for contact details, the practice area and a convenient time.
- 03
Requests sitting in a shared inbox
When every inquiry goes to one general address, it is unclear who has replied. Routing by practice area or office, with a status staff can update, shows what is still waiting.
Recommended services
Website, firm identity and request routing
Practice-area and lawyer pages designed around a consistent visual identity for the firm, a general callback form in the languages you serve, and an automation that records each request and sends it to the right person. Where your intake or CRM vendor supports it and the firm approves, requests can be handed to that software instead.
Illustrative example, not a client project
From callback request to consultation
- 1Visitor picks a practice area, a language and a good time to be called; no case details are asked
- 2The request is logged and the staff member responsible for that practice area is alerted
- 3Staff call back; conflict checks and intake follow the firm's own process
- 4With the firm's approval, the record is passed to its intake or CRM software
- 5The firm books the consultation and the request is marked as handled
What we would need from you
- The practice areas you want to present and which office handles each
- Lawyer bios and photos, each approved by the lawyer concerned
- Who receives callback requests for each practice area or office
- The languages you serve clients in, and who at the firm will check each translation
- The intake or CRM software you use, if requests should be handed to it
Limits we keep
- Forms we build ask for contact details and a general topic only, never case documents, facts of a matter or confidential records
- No automated legal advice, and no chatbot that answers legal questions
- No conflict checking, and no claim that the site performs one
- No promised outcomes or success rates; the firm reviews every claim against the Law Society of Ontario's marketing rules, and we do not claim compliance on its behalf
- We do not build or host case management or practice-management systems
Relevant work
No law-firm project published yet
We have not published a project for a law firm, and we do not claim experience in the legal sector. What does carry over is structure: pages kept in several languages, as on BirAddım in Azerbaijani, Russian and English, and inquiry handling that records each request and alerts the owner, as built for ARV HOME and the pre-launch CAMORA SECURITY site. These are Allam's own projects rather than client work, and none of them is a legal practice.
Questions
01Can the website decide whether the firm can act for someone?
No. The site collects a general callback request. Whether to take on a matter is decided by your lawyers, after the conflict checks and intake steps the firm already uses.
02Can you write our practice-area pages?
We can draft them from notes and existing material your lawyers provide. A lawyer at the firm approves every page before it goes live, because the firm remains responsible for its own advertising.
03Can callback requests go straight into our intake or CRM software?
Only where your vendor offers a supported way to receive them and the firm approves the connection after reviewing how it works. Otherwise requests stay in a simple record that staff copy from.
04Can the site be in more than one language?
Yes. Each language gets its own pages rather than an automatic translation, and someone fluent at the firm checks the wording before it is published.
