Turn project photos and estimate requests into booked site visits
Homeowners compare contractors by the work they can see and how quickly someone answers. We help you show both.
How homeowners choose a contractor
- 1Look at finished projects similar to their own
- 2Check that you work in their area and do this type of job
- 3Describe the project and ask for an estimate
- 4Get a call back and agree a site visit
- 5Receive a written estimate after the visit
Common needs
- 01
Requests without the details you need
A name and a phone number is not enough to plan a visit. A short form can ask for the city, project type and timing up front.
- 02
Work that is hard to show
Good jobs end up in a phone gallery. Organized project pages with real photos show the quality before the first call.
- 03
Follow-ups that slip
On busy weeks requests wait. A simple record with a status and a next step keeps every estimate moving.
Recommended services
Website, inquiry system, project photos and campaigns
A site with service and area pages, an estimate form that records every request and alerts you, photo and video of finished jobs, and optional Meta campaigns that send people to a matching landing page.
Illustrative example, not a client project
From estimate request to site visit
- 1Homeowner fills in city, project type and timing
- 2Request is saved with a reference and you get an alert
- 3You call back and set a site-visit date
- 4Status moves from New to Visit booked
- 5Estimate is sent after the visit; the record shows the next step
What we would need from you
- The services you offer and the areas you cover
- Photos or videos of finished projects you are allowed to publish
- Your licence, insurance or warranty details, only if you hold them
- Who receives the estimate requests and how
- Your usual way of pricing: site visit first or rough ranges
Limits we keep
- No binding prices from a form: estimates follow your review or a visit
- No licence, permit or warranty claims you cannot document
- Before-and-after photos only with the homeowner's permission
- No invented projects, reviews or completion figures

ARV HOME, a renovation website Allam built and runs
A general contractor's site with six service pages, a two-step estimate form with spam protection and email alerts, campaign landing pages kept out of search, and an owner content panel. It is one of Allam's own projects, not a client testimonial.
Questions
01Can the form ask for photos of the project?
We keep the first request short and without uploads. Photos are easier to collect in the follow-up conversation, once you know the request is real.
02Can you create pages for each city we serve?
Yes, when each page has something specific to say, such as projects or services in that area. We avoid near-identical pages that only swap the city name.
03Do you film our job sites?
Photo and video on site in the GTA can be scoped. Date, location, safety rules and the homeowner's permission are agreed before the shoot.
