Brand & Design

A visual identity you can use everywhere, and the files to keep it consistent

We design the logo, colours and type that make you recognizable, then the templates and creatives you need day to day, in the file formats you actually use.

Who it fits

  • New businesses that need a logo and a look before launch
  • Owners whose posts, flyers and signs all look different
  • Businesses that need ad creatives or social templates regularly
  • Clinics and firms preparing presentations, brochures or other print pieces

How it is priced: Custom project quote

What it solves

  • 01

    Every piece looks different

Posts, flyers and the sign each use different colours and fonts, so people don't connect them to one business.

  • 02

    The logo doesn't work small

A detailed logo turns into a blur as a profile picture or icon, and there is no simple version to use instead.

  • 03

Design starts from zero each time

Without templates, every post or ad means a new file, more time and a slightly different look.

What you get

  • Logo with a simple icon version for small sizes
  • Colour palette and type choices with usage notes
  • A short brand guide for anyone who designs or prints for you
  • Profile images and covers for your social accounts
  • Reusable social media templates you can edit
  • Ad creatives sized for the placements you use
  • Presentation templates and print-ready files where needed
  • Final files in the formats agreed in the quote

What you provide

  • Your business name and how you describe what you do
  • Examples of brands or styles you like and dislike
  • Where the brand will be used: signs, vehicles, social media, print, packaging
  • Any current logo, colours or fonts you want to keep
  • One decision-maker for feedback and approvals

Real work: ALM Digital's own identity

ALM Digital: a wordmark built around a text cursor

Our own studio identity: the wordmark 'alm', whose l is a lime text cursor, an icon, a colour and type guide, and profile images for Instagram and WhatsApp with a highlight cover.

  1. 1Wordmark: 'alm' with the l drawn as a lime text cursor
  2. 2Icon for profile pictures and small spaces
  3. 3Colour and type guide
  4. 4Instagram and WhatsApp profile images and a highlight cover

Graphics we made for our own account with AI image generation, directed and checked by Allam. They are our own brand content, not client work.

  • Instagram post "The details behind the design": exploded layers of a glass website interface with lime accents.
  • Instagram post "From idea to handover": four stone steps labelled Define, Build, Review, Launch.
  • Instagram post "Ideas into websites. Busywork into systems.": a metal letter A lit in lime.
  • Instagram post "Good projects start with clear questions.": a metal question mark with a lime glow.

How it is priced

Custom project quote

Identity projects and ongoing design work are quoted separately. Each quote lists the number of concepts, revision rounds, file formats, source files and licences. Payment and cancellation terms are set out in the written quote.

Always separate from our fee

  • Software subscriptions for editing templates
  • Photography and video

Limits and exclusions

  • A logo or identity project is separate from ongoing content design
  • Extra concepts or revision rounds beyond the quote are quoted first
  • Paid fonts and stock images stay under their own licences
  • We don't run trademark searches or registrations; a trademark lawyer can
  • Printing, signage installation and merchandise are not included

Questions

01Is a logo project the same as ongoing design?

No. A logo or identity is a one-time project. Posts, ads and other content designed over time are quoted separately, so each has a clear scope.

02How many concepts and revisions do I get?

That is set in the written quote before we start, along with the file formats and which source files are included.

03What files and rights do I receive?

The final files agreed for handover are delivered once the project is paid in full. Fonts and stock stay under their own licences. Editable source files, paid-ad usage rights and portfolio use are each listed separately in the quote.

04Who does the design work?

We lead every project and work with a creative collaborator on design. You deal with us from the brief to the final files.

05Can you also design our ads and social posts?

Yes. Ad creatives and social templates can be part of an identity project or a separate design scope. Posting and running ads are covered by Social Media Management and Meta Ads Management.
