Dental clinics
Let new patients meet your clinic before they ask for an appointment
Before choosing a dentist, people want to see who will treat them, know the clinic is nearby and open when they are free, and find out whether the team speaks their language. We help you show all of that and keep the first request simple.
How new patients choose a dental clinic
- 1Read what the clinic offers, from routine checkups to the treatment they have in mind
- 2Look at the dentists, hygienists and front-desk team they would meet
- 3Check the location, parking, opening hours and languages spoken
- 4Send an appointment request with preferred days and times
- 5Wait for the clinic to confirm a time that fits its schedule
Common needs
- 01
Photos that could be any clinic
Library images of smiling models tell patients nothing about you. Real photos of the team, the reception and the treatment rooms show who and what they will find on arrival.
- 02
A phone that rings while staff are with patients
During busy hours the front desk can't always pick up. An online request form lets people ask for a time when it suits them, and staff confirm it when they are free.
- 03
Social accounts that go quiet
A clinic page whose last post is months old makes people wonder if anything has changed. A planned calendar of team introductions, clinic news and educational posts the clinic approves keeps it current.
Recommended services
Website, clinic photography and social media
Service and team pages with a clear appointment-request path, a photo and video session at the clinic that supplies those pages, and a managed social media calendar that reuses the same material. Patients then recognize the same people and rooms on the site, on social media and at the door.
Illustrative example, not a client project
From appointment request to confirmed visit
- 1Visitor selects a visit type, such as a checkup or a consultation, plus preferred days and a contact method
- 2The front desk is alerted; the form holds no symptoms, medical history or photos
- 3Staff check the schedule and contact the person with a time
- 4The appointment is entered in the clinic's own practice system, by staff or through a connection its vendor supports
- 5The request is marked confirmed, or closed if no time worked
What we would need from you
- The services you want to present and how you describe them to patients
- Dentist and team bios, with each person's agreement to appear online
- Opening hours, address, parking details and the languages your team speaks
- Who confirms appointment requests, and which practice software the clinic uses
- A quiet time for a photo session, or existing photos the clinic owns
Limits we keep
- A request is not a booking until the clinic confirms it
- Lead forms we build ask for no symptoms, medical history or treatment photos
- No clinical advice, diagnoses or promised results on pages or in posts
- Before-and-after images only where the RCDSO's advertising guidance and the patient's consent allow, and only once the clinic approves them
- We do not build or host patient records or practice-management software, and we do not claim PHIPA, PIPEDA or HIPAA compliance for the clinic
Relevant work
No dental project published yet
There is no dental clinic among our published projects. Two parts of Allam's work are still relevant: request forms that save each submission and alert the owner, as on ARV HOME, and organized service pages with a request form on the very first screen, as on the pre-launch CAMORA SECURITY site. Both sites are Allam's own projects, so read them as examples of method, not as testimonials or dental experience.
Questions
01Can patients book a confirmed time online?
The forms we build send a request that your staff confirm. Instant booking is only possible through your practice software's own booking feature, if it has one and the clinic chooses to use it.
02Can you photograph our clinic and team?
Yes, in the GTA. We agree the date, the rooms and who appears, and plan the session for a quiet time so no patients are in frame unless the clinic has arranged their consent.
03Do you answer patient messages on our social accounts?
We can point people to the request form or the clinic's phone number. Anything about symptoms, treatment or fees is passed to your staff and never answered by us.
04Do you need access to our patient software?
Not for the website, photography or social media. A connection to your practice system is considered only if your vendor supports it and the clinic approves, with your staff reviewing how it handles data before use.
Want patients to recognize your team before they arrive?
Tell us about the clinic, its services and team. Our brief is for your marketing project only: please do not include patient information, symptoms or treatment photos.
