Photo & Video
Photos and videos that show your real work, your team and your place
We plan the shoot around where the images will be used, photograph and film on location in the GTA and edit everything into the formats your site, social media and ads need.
Who it fits
- Businesses using stock photos or old phone pictures on their site
- Builders, clinics and shops that want to show their work and premises
- Brands that need short vertical videos for social media or ads
- Owners with footage already shot who need it edited

What it solves
- 01
Your finished work stays on your phone
Finished projects, products and the people behind them rarely make it out of a phone gallery, so customers never see them.
- 02
Content without a plan
Random clips don't add up to a post or an ad. Without a shot list, the important angles get missed.
- 03
Wrong sizes, wrong formats
A wide video cropped to vertical loses its subject. Each placement needs its own cut and shape.
What you get
- A shot list and plan agreed before the shoot
- Business, product, team and premises photography
- On-site filming with directing on the day
- Edited photos ready for web, social media and print
- Short vertical videos and ad assets
- Cuts in 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9, with subtitles where agreed
- An editing-only option for footage you already have
- Final files in the agreed formats and sizes
What you provide
- Access to the location on the agreed date
- Permission from everyone who will be photographed or filmed
- Preferred dates and a contact person on site
- Your logo, colours and any brand guidelines
- Your current footage, if you only need editing

Photos and a vertical video of a finished renovation
How a shoot could run for a contractor who wants project photos for the website and a short vertical video for social media and ads.
- 1Agree the shot list, location, date and formats
- 2Owner confirms access and permission from anyone on camera
- 3Photograph and film the finished space on site
- 4Edit the photos and cut a vertical video with subtitles

Questions
01Who will be at the shoot?
We work with a creative collaborator on photography, camera work, directing and editing. Availability, date, location and equipment are confirmed before we quote.
02Can you only edit footage we already have?
Yes. Send us what you have and the formats you need. We quote the editing based on the amount of footage, the number of cuts and subtitles.
03Which formats will I get?
The ones listed in the quote, usually 9:16 for reels and stories, 1:1 for feeds and 16:9 for websites and YouTube, with or without subtitles.
04Do I get the raw footage and the rights?
Final files agreed for handover are delivered once the project is paid in full. Music, fonts and stock stay under their own licences. Raw footage, editable project files, paid-ad usage rights and portfolio use are each listed separately in the quote.
05How should we prepare for the shoot?
Tidy the space, confirm who will appear and get their permission, and have products or finished work ready. We go through the shot list with you beforehand.
