How it works

How a project runs

Five steps, whether we are building a website, setting up a workflow or planning a shoot. At each step you know what we need from you and what you get back.

  1. 01

    Define

We look at your business, your goal and what you have today, starting from the six-step brief. For shoots we also check date, location and equipment.

    You provide
Brief answers, goals and examples you like
    You receive
A preliminary recommendation and next steps
  2. 02

    Agree in writing

You get a written scope: deliverables, cost in CAD, what is separate, revision rounds, dependencies, payment terms and a timeline. Work starts after you approve it.

    You provide
Your approval of the written scope
    You receive
    A written scope and quote
  3. 03

    Create or build

We build, design or produce what was agreed and share previews early. Content and account access arrive by invitation, so every account stays in your name.

    You provide
Content, account invitations and quick answers
    You receive
    Working previews or first drafts
  4. 04

    Review and test

You send feedback in the consolidated rounds set in the scope. We test forms, phone layouts, workflows and files before anything goes live.

    You provide
    Consolidated feedback and approvals
    You receive
    A tested, approved version
  5. 05

    Launch and hand over

We go live or deliver the final files, then hand over access and short documentation. Final agreed deliverables are yours once the project is paid in full.

    You provide
Final approval and payment as agreed
    You receive
Live work, files, access and documentation

How we work

  • Written scope before work

Deliverables, costs, separate costs and what we need from you are agreed in writing first. Changes are quoted before they are made.

  • Consolidated review rounds

You collect feedback into the agreed rounds instead of a stream of single notes. It keeps the work focused and the timeline realistic.

  • You own your accounts and files

Your domain, Google, Meta and ad accounts stay in your name. We work with the access you grant, never with shared passwords.

  • AI-assisted, reviewed by a person

We use AI-assisted development with Claude, and n8n, to build faster. They are tools: Allam reviews, tests and takes responsibility for everything that ships.

Questions

01How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope, how ready your content is and third-party approvals such as Meta's reviews. We confirm a timeline in the written scope instead of promising a fixed turnaround.

02What counts as a revision round?

One round is one set of collected feedback that we apply together. The number of rounds is in the written scope; extra rounds or new requests are quoted first.

03What do you need from me during the project?

Approved content, access to the accounts involved by invitation, and feedback on time. Delays on these move the timeline, which is why they are listed in the scope.

04Can we work in Azerbaijani or Turkish?

Yes. We work in Azerbaijani, Turkish and English. Your website can be in one language or several; extra languages are part of the scope.

05What happens after launch?

You get access, files and documentation. Ongoing support is optional, quoted separately and never renews automatically.
