E-commerce brands

Products people can judge from a screen, in a store that is easy to buy from

Online shoppers can't pick the product up. They rely on photos, clear details and a checkout without surprises. We build those pieces so they fit together, then hand them over so you run the store.

How shoppers find and buy from an online brand

  1. 1Discover a product in a social post, an ad or a search result
  2. 2Judge it from photos, short video, details and any reviews the brand actually has
  3. 3Check delivery cost, timing and return terms before paying
  4. 4Buy through a checkout that works smoothly on a phone
  5. 5Receive the order and reach support if something is wrong

Common needs

  • 01

Product pages that leave questions open

Size, material, what is in the box, when it will arrive: when a page doesn't say, shoppers leave or write in. A consistent product template answers the same questions on every page.

  • 02

Photos that don't match across the catalogue

Mixed lighting and backgrounds make a range look improvised. A planned shoot with shared settings, plus short clips cut for social and ads, makes each product look like part of one brand.

  • 03

Ads that land on the wrong page

Sending campaign traffic to a homepage wastes the click. Each campaign should open on the product or collection it shows, with tracking that lets you see which ads lead to orders.

Recommended services

Store, product content, brand and campaigns

A storefront built around your catalogue and payment provider, product photography and short video, a brand system that keeps packaging, pages and ads consistent, and Meta campaigns that use the same creative and send people to the matching product pages.

Illustrative example, not a client project

From new product to running campaign

  1. 1The product is photographed and filmed to an agreed shot list
  2. 2Its page is built with details, variants and delivery information
  3. 3Ad creative is cut from the same shoot and a Meta campaign is set up
  4. 4Analytics and conversion tracking are checked with a test order
  5. 5You receive a handover covering products, orders and campaign settings

What we would need from you

  • Your product list with prices, variants and stock levels
  • Samples of each product for the shoot, or existing photos you own
  • Your logo and any brand rules, or a decision to create them
  • Your payment provider, shipping options and return policy
  • Access to your Meta Business account and the ad budget you set

Limits we keep

  • Return, shipping and payment-provider settings are the merchant's decisions; we configure what you choose
  • Ad spend and outside production costs are separate from our fee, which is scoped and quoted in writing
  • No promised sales, conversion rates or ROAS
  • Only reviews real customers wrote; we never write, buy or import fake ones

LicenceBase and BirAddım, two commerce products Allam runs

LicenceBase is a live online store for buyers in Canada, selling software and subscription access priced in CAD, with Stripe checkout, customer accounts and a prepaid balance. BirAddım is a platform for sellers on Azerbaijani marketplaces; its repricing tool stays one step below the cheapest competitor and never goes under the seller's minimum. Neither sells physical goods, so they show storefront, checkout and pricing logic rather than product photography. Both are Allam's own products, not client testimonials, and we quote no sales figures for them.

Questions

01Which platform will the store run on?

That depends on your catalogue, payment provider and who manages the store day to day. We recommend one in the written scope and explain its ongoing costs before you decide.

02Can you shoot our products?

Yes. We agree a shot list, backgrounds and formats for the store and for ads before the shoot; where it happens depends on the size and number of products.

03Do you promise a return on ad spend?

No. We set up campaigns, tracking and tests carefully and report what happens, but results depend on the product, price, offer and market.

04Who handles customer service and returns?

You do. We can set up order notifications, help pages and contact options, but answering customers and approving refunds stays with your team.

Launching a store or a new product line?

Describe what you sell, how you ship and where your customers find you. We reply with a suggested scope for the store, content and campaigns.
