Lead-generation website · Renovation companyLive

What it is

The website I built and run for ARV HOME, a general contractor in Toronto and the GTA. It is built around one goal: turning visits into estimate requests.

Who it serves

Homeowners in Toronto and the GTA planning a renovation. The site is in English; the owner's panel is in Turkish.

Current status

Live and indexed. Project write-ups are still being added and some city pages are drafts.

What I built

  • The design and every page of the site
  • A two-step estimate form with spam protection, duplicate blocking and email alerts
  • A content panel so the owner can edit pages without code
  • Separate landing pages for ad campaigns, kept out of search results
  • Releases with rollback and nightly backups on a server I manage

Main features

  • Services overview and six service pages
  • Free-estimate form: name, phone, city and project type
  • Blueprint-style drawings on the service pages
  • Areas served, FAQ, about and contact pages
  • Built with Next.js and Payload CMS

One of my own projects, built and run by me. It is not a client testimonial, and no performance figures are claimed.
